During development at most care was taken each step quality Development process generally embedded with several qualitative and quantitative techniques. The characteristics of final product should reach all standards. Reliability paramount element which quantifications probability that could able to work afore it authentically fails perform its intended functionality. Software testing phase where gargantuan resources were consumed. Over around fifty percent cost consumed during this phase, why performed in disciplined environment. release time considered be crucial subject stopped into market, such have reliability. In paper we investigated concept effort dependent reliability growth models by considering exponentiated-gompertz function as determine software. Thus, constructed computed on three authentic datasets. Parameter estimation done through least square metrics like Mean Error (MSE) Absolute (AE) are utilized model comparison. proposed performance better than rest models.
